Free-Spirit Records takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders and (if requested by the customer) to provide information via our e-mail mailing lists. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.

To process an order, we require your name, e-mail address, and delivery
address. Your credit card number and expiry date are processed soley through
our secure paypal gateway, so we do not at any time have access to this
information. To receive our new release information e-mails, we require
only your e-mail address.
Security
Only once you click to complete payment of your order and it is passed
to our paypal gateway are you requested to enter any credit card details.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit
from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL)
with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially
available).
